M & A Securities Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce the following with regards to the Listing:

(a) Level of subscription;

(b) Basis of allotment/allocation;

(c) Distribution of the private placement tranche; and

(d) Disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholder of Swift Energy arising from the Listing, if any.
