Memorandum Of Understanding

The Board of Directors of Swift Energy wishes to announce that the Company has on 08 December 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Gutor Electronic Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd ("Gutor"), for the purpose of collaborating on the design, retrofit, certification, production, and eventual commercialisation of an explosive proof-rated uninterruptible power supply ("UPS") ("EX-rated UPS") product by integrating Gutor's battery charger system into Swift Energy's explosive proof-enclosure ("EX‑enclosure") box.
